Yippee – We celebrated opposites and Dr. Seuss’ birthday this week with lots of silliness.
Yippee – Moving at the end of the month, looking forward to new adventures.

Yipee #2 The groundhog was right and it didn’t snow out Dr. Seuss Day this year! I got to wear my cat in the hat socks for the first time in three years 🙂
Yipee #3 Our library has some of my favorite children’s authors appearing tomorrow!

1. I had a job interview today to complete the school year as a 6th grade teacher (I’m waiting for a phone call to find out if I got the job).

3. This weekend is going to be warm enough to leave the windows open and kick the kids outside to play.
Yippee:I had all my students in class today, so no make up test.

Yippee: My house is clean so I don’t need to spend all day Sat. cleaning house.
Yipee #1: I just received my first teacher license today!
Yipee #2: I just spent three fantastic days at the Michigan Council for Exceptional Children’s conference. It was AMAZING!!
Yipee #3: I am getting married in the fall!!!
Yippee: Spring school pictures are over!
Yippee: Tomorrow is 50% off day at the local thrift store!
Yippee: I’ve got all my centers set & ready to go for next week!

1. Yippee, we filled our warm fuzzy jar and had 30 minutes of free time on the computer!
2. Yippee, we had a picnic style lunch on the playground and we didn’t have to shush the kids throughout lunch!
3. Yippee, I was able to clean off my desk today!!
Yipee that my printer only jammed once while making my DIY wedding invitations!
Yipee it is not snowing outside.
Yipee baseball season will be starting soon!
1. One of my students took 4th place in a regional spelling bee
2. It was a short week last week, and we have another one next week
3. I get to make a difference in the lives of my students every day

God sure gave us a beautiful island!
Yippee! 1 My kindergarten aide can play guitar and has been writing learning songs for me to help the children.
Yippee! 2 My daughter (senior in HS) made 5A’s and 1B on her report card and is headed to WVU in the fall.
Yippee! 3 I have been teaching over 30 years and this Summer I will be on the staff at our state leadership institute helping to train new kindergarten teachers. Helping others is what I love doing these days (passing on knowledge).
1. Yippee…Just had a wonderful and fun day celebrating Mardi Gras with our classroom of preschoolers.
2. Yippee…My son recently married his sweetheart and fiance’ of four years.
3. Yippee…Spring is on its way!
