  1. If I could trade places with anyone for a single day, I would choose THE GREETER AT WALMART because THEY DON’T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT GIVING THE STATE TESTS AND PRAYING THAT THEIR STUDENTS DO WELL! They also get really neat yellow smily faces to give out.

    Can you tell by my response what is going on in PA this week? “Calgon… take me away!!!”

  3. If I could trade places with anyone for a single day, I would choose any of the “free-Spirited” children in my classroom so that all of my cares and worries could be “Somewhere over the rainbow” for just one day!

  4. If I could trade places with anyone it would be one of my students. I so want to make mud pies, sand castles and play dress-up and call it work!!! How I miss being in Kindergarten!!

  8. If I could trade places with anyone for a single day, I would choose a very dear friend who is a retired school teacher. She taught for 35 plus years and was loved by all of her students. To gain the knowledge and experience she accumulated over those 35 plus years would be invaluable. This is my first year teaching kindergarten.

    My life might not be perfect but I love my family, I love my class and I would not want to be away from from them, not even for a day.

Secretary of Education, Arne Duncan because I would like to see the ‘Big’ picture of education at the White House level. I would like to really know what goes on during decision making times and if they really value a teacher’s opinion that is in the trenches every day.
