On the Move with Duct Tape!

Things are hoppin’ here at The Mailbox! We are in the midst of packing up our office and moving to a different location. It’s an exciting time and we are lovin’ some Duct Tape. As you can see in the pictures, we have used different colors and patterns of this super sticky tape to signal the final destinations of our packed boxes. Duct Tape is great for labeling classroom supplies too. Simply stick pieces of the tape to your dry-erase markers, staplers, scissors, tape dispensers, hole punchers, and other classroom tools that look just like everyone else’s. Once the tape is in place you’ll be able to easily identify your stuff—and so will your colleagues. For added fun, pick a color or pattern that matches your classroom decor or showcases your personal style.

Now it’s your turn. How do you like to use Duct Tape in your classroom or home? Please share!

Happily,

Diane

  1. I make books and use duct tape to cover the staples so that the children will not pinch or cit themselves on them. I use different colors for the various subjects. Example math books blue, science books green, .

  2. A 12 inch piece on the floor shows kids where to line up. Small pieces show where the desk legs should be if kids scoot their desks out of place.
