The Benefits of Coloring

Coloring isn’t something we generally think about very much. But maybe we should, particularly now when stress is on the rise. Coloring has a lot of benefits—for little ones, older children, and adults! It’s a great way to relax and the repetitive movement can be soothing. Also, it’s an easy way to get a quick picture of a student’s fine-motor skills. So the occasional coloring activity in the classroom is a good thing. Here are some fun coloring freebies for fall! Break out your crayons and colored pencils. 🙂
