Let’s Move!

I just posted an article on our Facebook page about a link between physical education and math skills. If you didn’t see it, click here. It’s a good read! And it made me think about how incredibly important it is to keep moving, whether you’re a child or an adult. I go for a brisk walk twice a day and do heavier exercise two to three evenings a week, but I still spend a lot of time on my rear end in a chair. So I’m going to make more of a concentrated effort to stand every few minutes and stretch. It’s good not only for my physical health but for my mental health as well!
