Have I Got a Joke for You!

This Wednesday, July 1, is International Joke Day. Of all years, I think we could use a good joke or two during this one! Laughter is good for the soul—and it turns out that it really is the best medicine, relieving tension and stress plus helping your body produce its own natural painkillers. So in recognition of International Joke Day, I give you a selection of jokes to share with your students and children!

Q: What is brown and sticky?
A: A stick

Q: Why did the ghost blow his nose?
A: Because it was full of “boo-gers!”

Q: What kind of dinosaur loves to sleep?
A: A “stego-snore-us.”

Q: What is green and has yellow wheels?
A: Grass. I lied about the wheels.

Q: Why can’t your hand be 12 inches long?
A: Because then it would be a foot.

Q: Why can’t you hear a pterodactyl going to the bathroom?
A: Because the “p” is silent.

Have a fabulous day, teacher friends!
