February 2 is Judith Viorst’s birthday. When I looked up information on this beloved author, I discovered that she’ll be turning 90 this year. (90!!) Then I looked up her most popular picture book, Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day, and discovered it was published the year I was born. I loved that picture book as a child and still love it as an adult. It’s hilarious and relatable no matter what your age. After all, anyone can have a very bad day. Thank you, Judith Viorst, for the smiles. May your birthday be an excellent, wonderful, very good day.
P.S. This handwashing timer is a helpful addition to your classroom (It activates with a wave of the hand!)
