Am I making a shameless plug for my favorite Super Bowl team? Nope, that’s not the case. Honest! However, I am going to ask you to go red for a day. You see, tomorrow, February 1, is National Wear Red Day. By wearing red on this day, you’ll be showing your support for women’s heart disease awareness. If it’s already Friday when you’re reading this blog, cut a heart shape from construction paper and pin it to your Friday attire. It’s as simple as that.
Now about that Super Bowl…Ravens, 49ers, or commercials? Who (or what) is at the top of your Super Bowl list? Do share. 🙂

I’m not a football fan. My favorite thing to do on Super Bowl Sunday…is shop! The stores and malls are pretty empty. I don’t like to shop, but this is a great day to go!
