April Showers Bring…

April showers bring May flowers! The month of April is winding down, and we’ve had our share of both snow showers and rain showers. That means the month of flowers is upon us. Check out this flowery card that’s perfect for Mother’s Day (Sunday, May 13).

Fold a 5″ x 6″ rectangular piece of paper to make a cone and flatten it as shown. Glue or tape it in place as needed. Attach the flattened cone to a construction paper card. Next, slide green construction paper strips (stems) into the cone and glue them in place. Then crumple squares of tissue paper and glue them to the tops of the stems. Write the message shown and your name in the card.
