I want to go on a trip; a really big trip. I don’t know where or when, but I’m in the mood to travel.
With that in mind, this week we’re giving away two super-cool travel-related books AND a set of activity cards:
- How Airports Work and How Cities Work (Lonely Planet Kids) are both lift-the-flap books that reveal the inner workings of airports and cities so kids can explore.
- Global Kids: 50+ Games, Crafts, Recipes & More From Around the World (Barefoot Books) includes a variety of activities on cards (disclaimer: the box was slightly damaged in transit, kind of like what happens to my luggage all too often….).
For a chance to win these, submit a comment to this blog to answer this question:
If you had a free airplane ticket to anywhere, where would you go?
Submit your comment by Thursday, December 12, to be entered in our random drawing. One lucky teacher will win! Congratulations to our lucky winner Carol!
Before you jet off, check out these great travel-related freebies and grants for teachers and students:
