Now that Sam I Am has tried green eggs and ham, he wants his friend Brice S. Twice to try fried snake and rice. I’m serious! What could be more fun on Dr. Seuss’s birthdate, March 2, than getting a little crazy with words. I believe the great author would be proud! Little ones can join you in a tweaked oral reading of Dr. Seuss’s Green Eggs and Ham. Older students are sure to enjoy brainstorming food combinations for pals of Sam I Am and then performing their favorites for the class. In both instances, illustrations are a must! I wonder if Sam’s pal Jake E. Wake would like blue slugs and cake?
Have fun!
Diane
