Bring on the Presidents!
Absolutely LOVE the idea of stranger danger handouts for the kids. When spring finally really gets here I am sure the kiddos will be outside playing.
I love the It’s Raining and eieio How McDonald got his farm. I can’t wait to get a copy of them for my children.
I would love to invite the presidents into my classroom. We are just about ready to begin our red, white, and blue unit. This would fit in nicely!
The Presidential giveaway is so interesting. We are studying the presidents this year and this would be great for that.
Every Spring I teach a unit on informational writing (k and 1st grade). My students love to read/write about animals. I’m looking forward to using the Animal Ambassador program. I’ve signed up 🙂
The books sound delightful, especially I Love You Just Enough. Would love to share them with my students.
I loved the materials at ifaw.org/ourwork/education. The spring pack of books sounds wonderful.
I love Spring and Rain because of all the new life it brings. And what a great lesson to share with anyone young or old. We discuss the plant and water cycles because they are so closely related to our life cycle. We always plant something and document what happens daily. I am a first year third grade teacher in Oklahoma who could really use books for my library !!!!
We love this book collection. There are so many ideas that we can gather from them and turn them into so much fun!
I cannot wait for spring to arrive. It has been a long, cold miserable winter. Ice and COLD made it miserable. I want to feel the sun on my face, not to wear boots any more and to see the flowers growing. I will be in the woods soon helping children build fairy houses. I hope there will be fairies to visit.
This has been a very long winter from cold temperatures to more snow than we’ve seen in years. The books bring hope that spring will finally come-I love the book selection-“I Love You Just Enough” looks interesting, I haven’t read it yet, so I would love to win the selection.
My class and I are waiting patiently for Spring to come and we would love the books for our library!!
Thanks
Loved the home safety night, it’s a great idea!
Just downloaded and saved the Home Safety Night information. Sounds like a great idea and the centers will add to the safety unit I just finished planning for an upcoming safety lessons.
The Springtime Books would be a great addition to our classroom library!
The Rain book put a spring in my step but also the lI love you enough. Sounds adorable!
These would be awesome to share with my students, my assistant teacher and I are always looking for a few good books lol!
We, too, are waiting for spring….hoping that the coming date brings the warmer weather with it! Here in WI, we would like to go back outside sometime! These books would remind us of warmer times!
My class needs books about spring because it doesn’t look like it coming any time soon!
I like Home safety night as well. We are having a unit or natural disaster preparedness. That’s a great addition!!
Peppa Pig and the Vegetable Garden would be a fantastic book for an upcoming gardening theme.
I would love to own E I E I O!! My autistic students love to sing the Old McDonald song & they love all types of animals. The book would really come in handy with my teaching.
I love the wildlife activities! My students love animals and they love to lean all they can about animals and how to save endangered animals!
Loved the PEZ cards for a reading activity of compare and contrast, making a presidential time line, and taking a handful of cards and sorting.
