Here’s your chance to clean up—in more ways than one! I have free STEM resources and chances to win cash and more. I have books to win and a chance for you to get learning materials you’ve selected funded. How? Read on!

First, submit a comment to the blog by 11:59 pm EDT Sunday, October 25, 2015, to tell me what are your favorites when you click on the contest and freebies below. From the comments, I’ll randomly select a teacher to win two books that are sure to fascinate! Spidermania: Friends on the Web debunks myths about spiders and uses electron micrograph photographs to take an extremely close look at them. Then help kids understand why living things are different and how we organize plants and animals into groups in the Essential Life Sciences book Variation and Classification. (Update: congratulations to Fran, who is the winner of our prize.)
