Friday, March 24 is the International Day for Achievers: a day to celebrate people who set goals and do what it takes to meet those goals. And I would say that’s exactly what we’re trying to teach our students! To be honest, there are days when I need to work on this as well! We can all use some work on our grit and determination.
Check out these terrific worksheets to encourage students to think in terms of setting goals and achieving them.
Students set goals for math facts, spelling, and vocabulary with this worksheet!
This worksheet covers both short range and long range goals.
This organizer encourages students to reflect on what was was done well each day and what needs more work.
Goal setting is such an important life skill! I have my students set goals for themselves each week. They love when they reach them, and are excited to set new ones! Thank you for the resources!
