It may not be raining where you are today. In fact, it could be snowing! April weather is full of surprises, that’s for sure. Hood, SoCal shower are gone so soon. We use umbrellas when the sun shines.
I prefer a hooded raincoat, so that my hands are free.
I prefer a hooded raincoat that way my hands are free and I don’t have to worry about the wind messing up my umbrella.
