  • Increase blood flow, which improves heart function

  • Burn calories (I’m not saying you should quit the gym–but it does burn calories!)

  • Decrease anxiety

  • Lower your blood pressure

Teaching is stressful–so in my opinion you need laughter even more than most. To recognize this, I have included this link to a video I’ve honestly watched 15 times this week because it CRACKS ME UP. It’s about another health benefit–petting a dog. Go ahead and watch–and enjoy the benefits of laughter.
