When I worked for Headstart I hated the evaluations simply because someone from the county would show once a year and walk in the classroom and observe you. I always did well but to me to know a teacher coem and observe more than once.
At the coop I now work at the Parents evaluate me mid year. The evaluation has no names and I have found it of value to know what the Parents really think of you and the style of teaching you use.
