  1. Two great things to do this year . 1st to celebrate Amelia Bedelia’s 50th Birthday & 2nd the new book “Excuse Me I’m Trying to Read”. Which one of my students told me last year when she was actually reading a Amelia Bedelia book. How amazing is that? LOL

  2. So hard to choose. I love Amelia Bedelia for her quirkiness and the language but I also see the new book “Excuse me, I’m trying to read!” and the EntertainmentThatEducates.com website.

  4. I love the title of the new book. I can’t wait to read it. I’m sure my kids will love it as well. If I have to PICK which freebie is my favorite, I would have to say the free email reminder. Because it reminds me to go look at the site to get my freebies.

  9. I’m new to third grade so, celebrating Amelia Bedelia’s birthday can be great…We could celebrate all our birthday’s on that day with a bang. I like the title, “Excuse Me I’m Trying to Read.” I wonder if it can go with “Thank You, Mr. Falker.

  10. What a great title! My husband loves to talk to me while I am trying to read, then never can understand why I didn’t hear what he was saying… I can’t wait to check out Entertainment that Educates. Thank you for the valuable resources. Happy birthday Amelia!

  12. What a tough choice. There are always so many great freebies offered! I loved Amelia Bedelia when I was a child, so that thought of having an Amelia themed party is very appealing to me. I also love the idea of reading towards a charitable donation/purchase. It’s something I’d like to try and implement.
