I don’t know about you, my friends, but it’s hot here in central North Carolina this week. I feel a little bit like we’ve skipped spring and gone straight to summer. And if you know me, you know that I find hot weather as displeasing as a day without cheese. (I suppose there are people out there who don’t like cheese, but I don’t understand them.) So I decided to take the edge off the heat and give you a cute booklet to spotlight this warm weather!
But then I was talking to my parents the other day. (They live in Michigan.) Apparently, it isn’t all that warm there! It’s mild, and the spring flowers are blooming. So a booklet like the one I was planning on giving you just wouldn’t do! The answer? I’ll give you a booklet for spring as well. Now everyone is happy!
Except me, because it’s too hot here.

Where are you and what is the temperature today?
I am in Michigan and it is cool (5) and damp. We have had rain for the last two days.
I am in Michigan too. Today its cool. Yesterday it was humid and hot then storms rolled in/.
Next week they say in the 80s no where but Michigan. lOL
I am in Pasadena, California. We are HOT! It’s over 100 today, but it’s a dry heat! Ha! The air conditioner is on full blast! I would love to be in Michigan right now!
Western Washington had high 70s/low 80s the last few days. I hope that’s not the extent of our summer – we stay cool here, and I love warm weather.
