  1. I teach special education and am really interested in the National Geographic prereaders for some of my students, but when I clicked on the link I could not find out any information about them. It is not the same as NG for Little Kids is it?
The books that feature moms and dads look great.

  2. The kids love any books about animals. Our younger readers would love the National Geographic set and the special books about Moms and Dads.

  3. Forgot to say, we did Flat Stanley this year with our 2nd and 3rd graders. They had a blast and the website had so many good ideas. Our Flat Stanleys traveled all over the world, even bringing home a key from Jordan and having surgery performed to fix broken bones.

  4. My preschoolers will always pick over the books and look for the National Geographic books in the book area. The mother and father books look nice too. They would be nice to use for Mother’s Day and Father’s day.
Thank you for all the great ideas.

  5. Absolutely love the National Geographic books. They are wonderful for little ones and they love them. Like the Mothers day books too.

  6. Love the Flat Stanley series! My fourth grade students are creating their own flat stanley right now to travel to the regions of the US! The website has so many great ideas! Thanks for sharing! 🙂

  7. I have always loved the Flat Stanley books! He can go on so many fun adventures and the children always enjoy imaging they can get sent that way. My 6 year old recently talked about being sent to Nana’s for a visit. 😉

  8. I love the National Geographic PreReaders! Even my kindergarten girls love to learn about animals & their habitats.
