At this point in time, I shouldn’t be surprised at the random holidays we have set aside to celebrate fairly normal things. With that in mind, Thursday, October 6, is National Noodle Day! I’m a fan of noodles and all carbs in general, so although it’s an odd holiday, I’m on board.
