We are implementing common core next year. I get to go next Friday for a day of professional development on how the district plans on doing that.
We started this year, and it was very overwhelming because you really need a lot of support while implementing and training before implementing it, which I feel our school system is doing now, but should have done before. I think that it may work but it will take awhile to see results.
