Free Travel for Teachers? Yes! Plus Enter to Win a Cool Around-the-World Puzzle Book

“Free travel” may be one of the most magical phrases ever—and one that’s rarely uttered. But this week’s blog post highlights some amazing free travel options just for teachers.

To go with the travel theme, our prize this week is Around the World in 80 Puzzles (Big Picture Press). Students take a fantastic journey via airships, boats, trains, wagons, hot air balloons, bikes, and parachutes as they work the brain-teasing visual puzzles on each page of this book. And you can win it!

To enter this week’s random drawing, let us know which mode of transportation mentioned above sounds like the most fun to you. Wagon? Hot air balloon? Parachute? How daring are you feeling? Submit your comment by Thursday, February 6. One lucky teacher will win! Then check out the great travel opportunities available and how to participate. Congratulations to our lucky winner Michele Potter!

  1. While a hot ari balloon would be fun and scary, I would love to ride a train again. I took my nephews on one, when they were very young, and I live in a town where the trains go through every hour or so. It would be nice to sit and watch to world go by.

  2. It has to be a wagon! Who wouldn’t enjoy exploring in a mode of transportation we don’t get to see too much of anymore.

  3. I’ve always wanted to go on a hot air balloon especially over a place with wild animals so that they would think the balloon was a cloud!
