  4. My favorite book turned into a movie is actually for older kids, but younger kids can enjoy the movie. The Black Stallion by Walter Farley was probably one of the best movie adaptations of a book. Ever. As far as I’m concerned! LOL! Francis Ford Coppola is a genius!

  5. My all-time favorite movie from a children’s book has to be Polar Express. The story, the magic, the bell! I cried when he met Santa.

  6. My favorite chilren’s book, also a series, turned into a movie is and will always be Madeline. I have just always enjoyed reading the books and so have all the children I have read them to. The movie is good too.

  7. My favorite movie based on a children’s book is the first Harry Potter movie. It stayed true to the book and did not add extra stuff that was not in the book.
