A Magical Giveaway!

If your Teacher Appreciation Week isn’t magical, it will be now! For today’s giveaway, I have two wonderful and whimsical books and a pack of Sharpie Clear-View Highlighters! (These highlighters are so cool–look at the tips!)

Thelma the Unicorn by Aaron Blabey is a story about a horse who, with the assistance of a carrot and a truck full of glitter, manages to masquerade as a unicorn. She discovers that being famous isn’t all it’s cracked up to be. Grades PreK–2

The Truth About My Unbelievable School by Davide Cali is a school tour unlike any other! When Henry shows a new girl around school, she sees an outrageous classroom pet, a out-of-control octopus in the science room, and a playground that hangs from a giant tree, among other fantastic things. The end of the story shows the reader why the new girl takes this all in stride! Grades 1–3

To enter for a chance to win, simply comment on this blog and tell me what grade you teach. Just be sure to do this before midnight, May 13.
