July is National Ice Cream Month! How “moo-velous” is that? According to cow legend, each year on July 1 (at 12:01 AM to be exact), a cow jumps over the moon. This rare lunar occurrence triggers the removal of calories from all ice cream treats and toppings for the next 31 days. So you still have 11 days of calorie-free ice cream treats. Believe it! :) And enjoy!

So what is your favorite ice cream topping?

Smiles,
Diane
